This is an exciting development for for Ozel Group Limited and for all involved and a chance to work with our client Henry Constructions Project ltd.
This project is based in Upper Tooting Road. 96 hotel rooms for the Premier Inn hotel along with 41 residential apartments for our client.
PICTURE HOUSE APARTMENTS
Ozel Group Limited are pleased to announce that we have a project for 31 stylish apartments and 3 mews houses in London E17.
These units are situated on Wood Street for our client, CMT Design & Construction.
This collection of 31 beautiful apartments, 3 mews houses, and commercial space, are built on the site of Walthamstow’s old film studios.
Spreading across three blocks and seven floors, these apartments give fantastic views across the surroundings of Walthamstow.
ST MARY'S HOSPITAL
We are pleased to announce that Ozel Group Ltd have completed phase II of St Mary’s Hospital.
This has been an exciting development for all involved and a chance to work again with our client Willmott Dixon.

Ozel Group Ltd have now completed work on the C Space project based in Old Street, London.
This 4 story, 62,000 sq ft of beautiful commercial workspace is located in the heart of London’s creative and technology quarter. This has given us a chance to work again with our client Willmott Dixon.
The scope of work included Drylining, SFS Systems, STO Rendering,
Suspended Ceiling and Plastering.
WILLIAM MORRIS PRIMARY SCHOOL
We are pleased to announce that work has now completed on the William Morris Primary School based in Swindon.
This gave our team at Ozel Group Ltd another opportunity to show our expertise on a new primary school and nursery build. This has given us a chance to work again with our client Willmott Dixon who have provided these images.
The scope of work included Drylining, Suspended Ceilings, and Tape & jointing.
Ozel Group Ltd were pleased to use their expertise completing this challenging but rewarding project of the iconic Centrepoint Tower in New Oxford Street. This has given us a chance to work with our client Multiplex.
We have transformed Centre Point, one of London’s earliest skyscrapers, into 82 luxury apartments. Using our expertise in drylining this was one of several large projects completed during 2017 & 2018. Centre Point and Alexandra Palace Theatre both of which needed to be sympathetically restored in keeping with Heritage Trust requirements and within the clients budget.

We are pleased to announce that Ozel Group Ltd has recently completed the Heathcote School project in Essex. This has been an exciting development for all involved and a chance to work again with our client Willmott Dixon. Work started on the project back in 2017.
To deliver the requirements for the Heathcote School project, several of the services we offer we needed. These services included steel framing systems (SFS), rendering, drylining, suspended ceiling package.

Since 2012, Ozel Group have provided drylining and partition services to many commercial clients and residential spaces. Ozel have been heavily involved with Heritage Renovation Projects during 2017 & 2018, and there have been two main prestigious buildings namely the iconic Centrepoint Tower in New Oxford Street and its link buildings and Alexandra Palace Theatre both of which needed to be sympathetically restored in keeping with Heritage Trust requirements and within clients budget. We were appointed by Willmott Dixon in 2017 to carry out the drylining /plastering and specialist SAS ceiling installations to One Welbeck Street.
One Welbeck Street was a former Debenhams store located on Bond Street, in the heart of London’s shopping district. The building was a complex structural refurbishment project which was converted into a high end office development for Aberdeen Asset Pension Fund.
One Welbeck Street consists of high end specification and an exceptional standard of finish for a CAT A fit out. 54000sqft of quality office space and modern WC core installations were provided over 9 floors. The entrance reception consists of luxurious high end finishes of leather lacquer and Barisol ceilings.
Drylining and ceiling works were complex, challenging meshing and heavy structural alteration works were also undertaken with delicate quality finishes within very tight existing constraints.
Close coordination and collaboration with site teams and supply chain partners helped deliver this complex scheme.
Brixton Hill is another exciting development for Ozel Group Limited based at 237 Brixton Hill SW2
This project comprises of the demolition of an existing single-storey building and the construction of a new 5 story block with a commercial unit on the ground floor and 13 apartments above.
The project is estimated to finish in early 2021

The Apex House development of 163 units is in Seven Sisters area of London. It covers circa 17,000m2 in 2 buildings and a further 4 town houses.

UNION STOCKLEY PARK
Union Stockley Park Refurbishment Project for a new client Oakmont Construction, the old Lakeside House building is situated within the well known commercial park in Uxbridge.
Ozel Group were contracted to supply and install all the drylining elements to welfare cores to 3no floors together with over 5,000m2 of SAS 130 Alugrid ceilings, all floors are full tile modules with plasterboard margins set out all round to ensure the detail works seamlessly, we have installed fire curtains above and connected to the grid at mandatory 20Lm designated lines to meet compliance requirements.
Ozel have also designed, supplied and installed SFS to the external Shower Rooms which are an additional connection to the original building at ground level, we have firelined all the original internal steel columns to attain a 60 minute retention as per Clients request, we worked together with Siniat to change the product and rewrite the K Spec when the original supply partner could not manufacture due to COVID lockdown restrictions, we designed, supplied and installed a full common sub grid frame to the 2nd floor ceiling level to take both mechanical/electrical and our works.
To the Atrium we have ensured all lines as per the Architects interpretation were met and the aesthetics were not compromised, we worked with Siniat Technical to ensure that all movement joints and connections were placed correctly to prevent future defects, we primed all surfaces and beaded where required in readiness for the acoustic plasterer works, to the reception area we have hung acoustic baffles to comply with the acoustic report.
All internal perimeter walls have been made good and plastered by Ozel.
Ozel Group Limited are pleased to announce that we have a project for 42 flats and 5 town houses requiring drylining and decoration for our client Vabel London Ltd.
These are luxury units on 5--52 Lawrence Road for our client, Vabel London.
The project involved a scope of work including:
Watkins House consists of a series of buildings, ranging from 3 to 5 storeys. Facilities include 58 extra-care flats on the northern part of the building with communal facilities and support services to enable independent living.
The southern part of the building provides an adjoining, but separately accessed building, which will have 20 homes for shared ownership. The design is contemporary, with brickwork detailing and decorative metal screens providing visual interest and variety.
